1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SummitGovOnline ("SGO," "we," "us"), including our websites, tools, content, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SGO provides

SGO is an AI and technology intelligence platform. It may include model catalogs, pricing and benchmark information, news aggregation, comparisons, calculators, recommendation tools, and related editorial or automated content. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old) to use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service in an abusive way.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' information.
• Use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or distribute malware.
• Misrepresent SGO content as professional legal, financial, investment, or medical advice.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

5. No professional advice

Content on SGO—including pricing estimates, rankings, news summaries, AI-generated text, and tool outputs—is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Verify critical decisions with primary sources and qualified advisors. Model prices, capabilities, and availability change frequently and may be incomplete or outdated.

6. AI-assisted features

Some tools use third-party AI systems. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Do not submit confidential or regulated data you are not allowed to share with processors.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, layout, original writing, software, and logos (including SummitGovOnline / SGO marks), is owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, resell, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Third-party names, model names, and trademarks belong to their owners. Use on SGO is for identification and commentary.

8. Third-party links, ads, and services

The Service may include links to third-party sites, embeds, affiliate relationships, and advertisements. We do not control third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Newsletter

If you subscribe to email updates, you consent to receive those messages. You can unsubscribe at any time. Transactional or service-related notices may still be sent when necessary.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SGO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SGO and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where prohibited.
